This present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed under Section 13(8) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'). 2. It is to be noted that the notice under Section 13(8) of the Act has been issued by the Piramal Finance Limited, a private entity, that is not subject to writ jurisdiction. Furthermore, any action against a notice issued under Section 13(8) of the Act is required to be taken by way of an application to be filed before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 3. In light of the above, this writ petition is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievances.
