The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the two surety bonds were submitted before the learned Trial Court, however, the one of the surety bond has been rejected on erroneous grounds. He submits that he would like to challenge the said Order. 3. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an appropriate application before an appropriate forum in accordance with law. 4. Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 5. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
