The cognizance of the offence was taken on the same day. The charge sheet was filed that means on the date on which the present petition was filed. Cognizance of the offence was already taken on the same day. At no point after the issuance of notice on 06.02.2024, the petitioner has made any attempt to carry out amendment. 3.
