Issue a writ of mandamus Commanding and directing the respondents No. 2 and 3 and directing them to conduct the fair, effective and impartial investigation in case crime No. 0240 of 2025, Under Sections 191(2), 352, 351(3), 333, 326(e), 109, 103(1) B.N.S. Police Station-Baksa, District- Jaunpur and to submit the charge-sheet and also arrest to the respondent no. 4 to 10 and sent to judicial custody to the accused." It has been stated by the A.G.A., on instructions, that a final report has been filed in the aforesaid case. The petitioner has the remedy to file his objections to the final report before the concerned court. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
