Ms. Prabha Naithani, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought the following relief: “Issue an appropriate writ order or direction, permitting the petitioners to renovate, repair and to develop (to make the property much better, larger and to develop residence for the pujaris) the said Sita Ram Mandir, Mauza Uddhowala Garhi, Pargana Central Doon, District Dehradun.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that learned trial court imposed certain conditions which are coming in the way of petitioners renovating the building, therefore those conditions be relaxed. 4. The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners cannot be accepted. It is for the petitioner to approach the same Court which had imposed the conditions. It would not be proper for this Court to interfere with the conditions imposed by some other Court, in ignorance of the background in which the conditions were imposed. 5.
