The petitioners have filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 with a prayer for pre-arrest bail Page No.# 2/2 as they are apprehending arrest in connection with Gohpur P.S. Case No. 18/2025 under Sections 61(2)/318(3)/316(2)/111(3) of the BNS, 2023. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor Mr. D. P. Goswami for the respondent State submits that the Case Diary is received and the Case Diary reveals that the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and their statements have been recorded. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have paid Rs.4,59,998/- to the informant. I have also scrutinised the Case Diary. The petitioners have not violated any bail conditions and have co-operated with the investigation. The interim order dated 07.03.2025 is hereby made absolute. Send back the Case Diary.
