ORDER 19.05.2025 Through the medium of present petition, the petitioner is seeking implementation of order dated 11-01-2018, passed in SWP No. 61/2018, whereby respondents were directed to accord consideration to the claim of the petitioner in accordance with rules in particular SRO 59 of 1990, if the same applies to them. The statement of facts/compliance report stands filed by the respondents. It has been submitted in the compliance report that the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and vide detailed consideration order bearing No. 90 of 2023-24 dated 16-03- 2024, rejected the claim of the petitioner. Having regard to the fact that the respondents have accorded consideration to the claim of petitioner, the directions of the writ court stands complied with.
