JUSTICE BHUWAN GOYAL Order 19/03/2025 The instant habeas corpus petition has been preferred by the petitioner (mother) seeking custody of corpus as her daughter. In pursuance of the order dated 24.02.2025, corpus – Mst. ‘S’ has been produced before this Court by Mr. Hanuman Ram, SHO, Police Station Tadgarh, Beawar. [2025:RJ-JP:12450-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-54/2025] Learned GA-cum-AAG has submitted the report dated 19.03.2025. The same is taken on record. We conferred with the corpus. She is a girl aged above 18 years. With full confidence and composure, she stated that she is not illegally confined. She does not want to go with the petitioner and expressed her desire to go wherever she wants to go. In this background, we set the corpus at liberty. She is free to go as per her own will. The concerned Police officials who are present in the court, shall ensure that proper security is given to corpus till the destination where she wishes to go.
