Today, learned State counsel as well as counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 submit that they have no objection to the instant application, seeking revival of the main writ petition, which was disposed vide order dated 07.05.2024, being allowed. The present application is accordingly allowed. The main writ petition is ordered to be revived at its original number.
