The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 11891), 109, 121(1), 132 and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while informant was on patrolling along with other police personnel, he got an information regarding a fight taking place in village Bachhauta between sons of accused Viro Sah. Informant went to the spot and tried to pacify the matter but all the accused persons including the petitioners protested and assaulted the police personnel and also tried to snatch service Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85163 of 2024(3) dt.28-01-2025 2/2 revolver of informant. 4. Having considered the nature of accusation and the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
