In spite of valid service of notice to opposite party, no Vakalatnama has been filed on his behalf. 2. Instant transfer petition has been preferred for transfer of Original Suit Case No. 48 of 2024 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bermo at Tenughat to the Court of any Judicial Magistrate of Ist Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the marriage of the petitioner (wife) with the opposite party (husband) was solemnized on 21.05.2013 according to Hindu Custom and Rites. At the time of marriage, the mother of the informant spend huge amount of money in the form of gifts. Just after the two months of marriage, opposite parties pressurized the petitioner to bring additional dowry worth Rs.10,00,000/- cash from his parental house and on non-fulfillment of the same, opposite party started assaulted the petitioner. Due to which petitioner and her son started living separately at her parental home since 2023 situated at Ranchi. 2025:JHHC:29078 Petitioner is a lady, living with her minor son and it is not safe for her to travel 115 kms frequently from Ranchi to Bermo at Tenughat to attend courts proceeding. Therefore, it is humbly prayed that the case may be transferred from the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat to the Court of and Judicial Magistrate of Ist Class, Ranchi. 4. Considering the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner, I feel inclined, in the ends of justice, to allow the prayer for the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the Original Suit Case No. 48 of 2024 which is pending before the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bermo at Tenughat is hereby transferred to the Court of Learned Judicial Magistrate of Ist Class, Ranchi. 6.
