And 7 Other Counsel for Petitioner :- Dwijendra Prasad,Pradyumna Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- Avinash Chandra Srivastava,C.S.C. Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. 1. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the Additional Commissioner (Judicial) IInd Agra Division Agra to decide the revision no. 1780 of 2024 (Computerized case no. C202401000001780) under section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, filed by respondent no. 4 within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble court under the facts of the case." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that against the order passed under Section 144 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, a revision has been preferred under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending consideration before respondent no. 2 since 2024. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the Revision No. 1780 of 2024 (Computerized case no. C202401000001780), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
