Present application has been preferred with prayer to quash entire proceeding of Gangster Session Trial no. 51/2012 (State vs. Jagveer Singh and other) arising out of Case Crime no. 516/2012, under Section 2/3 Gangster Act, PS- Vrindavan, District Mathura pending before learned Special Judge Gangster Act/Additional Session Judge, Court no. 5, Mathura as well as charge sheet dated 03.11.2012 on which cognizance has been taken by learned Special Judge, Gangster Act/Additional Session Judge, Mathura on dated 22.12.2012. 3. At the very outset, the stage of the trial as demonstrated by learned AGA which has already commenced way back in the year 2012 itself is where two witnesses have already recorded their statements and at this highly belated stage, prayer sought through instant application cannot be acceded hence the application u/s 528 BNSS stands dismissed.
