Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 504, 506 and 34 of IPC and Section 4, 6 of POCSO Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner is alleged to have committed rape upon the victim. The victim in her statement recorded u/s 183 of BNSS and categorically stated Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2198 of 2025(2) dt.04-02-2025 2/2 that this petitioner forcefully committed rape upon her. 4.
