Camera points near the surroundings of Paala Kendram to Vijaya Homes, Pulivendula to Kadapa Main Road, Pulivendula Town, YSR Kadapa District, dated 29.01.2025, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM. 2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader repressing the State submits that the Inspector of Police, Pulivendula Urban Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, has requested by letter to the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Technical Service, Amaravati, to provide the CCTV footages download from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM on 29.01.2025. A letter to that effect has also been furnished. 3. Considering the same, the Writ Petition is disposed off, making it clear to the 4th respondent to preserve the CCTV footages as sought in the present writ petition. 4. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed off.
