On complaint, the petitioner was arrested on 02.07.2025. During the course of her house search, 7.75 sovereigns of gold jewels and silver articles were recovered. 7 sovereigns of gold jewels yet to be recovered. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and it is the first time offence and she is having two children and therefore, she may be released on bail. 4.
