The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahagama P.S. Case No. 23/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Satish Kumar Mandal, learned J.M., 1st Class, Godda. 3. On 28.01.2025 at about 8:40 P.M., Mahagam police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons from Urja Nagar, Helipad ground while they were sitting in a Scorpio. Suspicion was raised against them that they were involved in printing fake notes. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that apart from suspicion there is no material against the petitioner. 5. Considering the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Satish Kumar Mandal, learned J.M., 1st Class, Godda or his successor in connection with Mahagama P.S.
