The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(1) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred to quash the entire proceeding arising out Case Crime No. 386 of 2009, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(10) SC/ST Act, 1989 P.S.- Handia, District- Allahabad as well as proclamation under section 82 Cr.P.C. order dated 15.07.2025 passed by Special Judge SC/ST Act, Allahabad in Sessions Trial No. 975 of 2012 (State Vs. Kamlesh Singh and others) pending in the court of Additional District & Sessions Judge Court No. 14, Allahabad. 3. During arguments, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that he does not want to press the prayer for quashing of the above mentioned case. His sole prayer is that a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the bail application of the appellant in accordance with law. 4. Considering the alternative prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal is disposed of with the direction that in case the appellant filed bail application before the court below, the same shall be heard and decided by the court below expeditiously in accordance with law.
