The petitioner was aggrieved by the order passed by the first respondent rejecting his representation and hence, he filed an appeal before the second respondent on 12.03.2024 under Section 69 of the H. R. & C.E. Act. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.
