By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicants is that a direction be issued to the court of learned ACJ/ACJM, Room No. 20, Shahjahanpur to decide the protest petition dated 28.03.2024 of the applicant/first informant submitted against the final report no.709 of 2023 (Smt. Khadija Begun Vs. Mohd. Umar Ali @ Munne Plumber & Ors.) dated 12.10.2023, in case crime no. 131 of 2012, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station- Sadar Bazar, Shahjahanpur, within a short stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that for some cases pending between the parties, the applicant along with her husband and accused-opposite parties were present in court premises and accused persons have attacked on husband of the applicant in the court premises and when he made a complaint to the concerned police station, no FIR was registered, therefore, he made an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. on 12.10.2021 before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur to register the FIR against the accused persons, namely, Mohd Umar Ali @ Munne Plumber, Adnana Ali Khan and his two unknown persons and the same was treated as a complaint case. 4. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
