(Oral) While placing on record copy of office order dated 30.04.2025, issued under the signatures of Managing Director, HRTC, Shimla, Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel representing the respondents, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with. 2. Having perused aforesaid order, which is taken on record, this Court finds that respondent-Corporation, after having considered the case of the petitioner in light of judgments passed in CWP No 16418 of 2024 and CWP No. 3278 of 2021 & Review Petition No. 99 of 2023, has enhanced the DR/IR from the due date. Necessary directions have already been issued to release the arrears towards the 2 due and admissible DR/IR, as per instructions dated 07.01.2012 and 31.07.2024. 3. In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance, if any. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
