2. The prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the police is not registering the FIR of the petitioner and therefore he seeks a direction from this Court to direct the authorities concerned to register the FIR of the petitioner.
3. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner has alternative remedy of approaching the concerned Court below under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. for registration of FIR or file
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.118 of 2024(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 a complaint case therein.
4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the aforesaid remedies.
