WJC No.97 of 2024(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 that the police is not registering the FIR of the petitioner and therefore he seeks a direction from this Court to direct the authorities concerned to register the FIR of the petitioner. 3. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner has alternative remedy of approaching the concerned Court below under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. for registration of FIR or file a complaint case therein. 4.
