This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "A. a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, commanding upon the respondents to demarcate the Arazi Nos.303 and 610, situates in Village- Bishunpur Bindvaliya, Tappa-Mainpur, Tehsil-Kasia, District-Kushi Nagar. B. a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, commanding upon the respondents not to interfere into peaceful possession of the petitioner over Arazi Nos.303 and 610, situates in Village-Bishunpur Bindvaliya, Tappa- Mainpur, Tehsil-Kasia, District-Kushi Nagar till the decision is being taken by the Revenue Authorities in compliance of the order of this Hon'ble Court, dated 05.11.2009 passed in Writ Petition No.58351 of 2009." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that demarcation proceedings are pending consideration before revenue authorities. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon officer concerned to conclude the demarcation proceedings, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
