2. The petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
“ 1. That, this application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ(s), direction(s), order(s) directing the respondent authorities for the following reliefs :- (i) For issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to the respondent authorities to restrain them from acquiring the raiyati land of the petitioner i.e. an area of 5.50
Patna High Court CWJC No.1999 of 2024(3) dt.18-02-2025 2/2 dismal of plot no. 2057, and 0.07 dismal of plot no.2145, both appertaining to Khata No. 301, as notified in the columns of a daily newspaper, Dainik Jagran, on 16.03.2022. (ii) For commanding and directing the respondent concerned

adequate/appropriate compensation against the portion of land acquired for the purposes of construction of railway line. authorities grant (iii) For any other relief or reliefs under the facts and circumstances of the case for the ends of justice.” .
