By this petition, petitioner herein is seeking direction upon respondents to continue the petitioner in the department on consolidated basis as sweeper, with a further direction to release the pending wages in favour of the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has produced order passed in OA No. 480/2021 by Central Administrative Tribunal dated 10.05.2021, which clearly reflects that the petitioner had approached Central Administrative Tribunal, therein seeking a similar relief which has already been rejected by the Tribunal. The order is taken on record. 3. The OA No. 480/2021 has already been dismissed by the Central Administrative Tribunal on the same cause. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no information of OA No. 480/2021 filed by the petitioner. He seeks withdrawal of the instant petition, with a liberty to avail appropriate remedy, if he desires so. 5. Dismissed as withdrawn, along with connected CMs. 6.
