This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to take necessary action against the contesting respondents (respondent no. 5 to 7) for disturbing the possession of the petitioner which was received by him in pursuance of the proceeding under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 in the interest of justice. ii. Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent nо.2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 05.06.2025 moved by the petitioner in accordance with within short stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." It is contended that proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been finalised but despite that fact the adjoining plot holders are interfering in the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has remedy of filing application under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. No case for interference is made out. The writ petition is misconceived and stands dismissed.
