This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Additional Commissioner, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to decide and conclude the proceeding of Appeal (Computerized Case No.- C202502000001576), Ram Sajiwan Yadav Vs. Rajendra Pratap Singh and 7 others, under Section 331 (3) of U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act, pending in the court of Additional Commissioner, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj, within the stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that an appeal filed under Section 331(3) of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Additional Collector, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to to decide the appeal (Computerized Case No.-C202502000001576) (Ram Sajiwan Yadav Vs. Rajendra Pratap Singh and 7 others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
