We are satisfied that though the local body has committed a gross impropriety in collecting excess amounts under the Jal Jeevan Mission, it is seen that the amounts so collected in excess have been credited only to a panchayat account and it is not standing in any individual account. It is also specifically submitted by the first respondent that the amount so collected in excess has been refunded to the concerned individuals. 2.Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
