Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J.(Oral) By means of instant petition, the petitioners have sought the following reliefs:- “(i) Issue a writ order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to consider regularization/absorption of the petitioner in the said post of Driver (Group C) in the respondent university. (ii) Issue a writ order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent university to not disturb the services of the petitioners as Driver in their respective department in the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Central University, Srinagar, Pauri Garhwal. (iii) Issue any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (iv) Award cost of the petition.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment 2 dated 20.03.2018, passed in WPSS No. 425 of 2014, Kumesh Kumar and others Vs. H.N.B. Garhwal University, Central University, Srinagar and others. 4. This fact is admitted by the learned State counsel. 5.
