By the present application, the petitioner is praying for impleading Officer-in-Charge, Women Police Station Imphal East as respondent No. 3 in Cril.Petn. No. 21 of 2025. [3]
It is submitted that due to inadvertence, the Officer-in- Charge, Women Police Station Imphal East could not be impleaded as party, the proposed respondent No. 3 will be a necessary party for disposing the main petition. [4]
Mr. Y. Ashang, learned PP, has no objection. [5]
Accordingly, MC(Cril.Petn.) No. 20 of 2025 is allowed. The Officer-in-Charge, Women Police Station is impleaded as respondent No. 3 in Cril.Petn. No. 21 of 2025.

Registry is directed to make necessary incorporation in the paper book. The petitioner is directed to make necessary correction in MC(Cril.Petn.) No. 20 of 2025 as Officer-in-Charge, Women Police Station Imphal East is wrongly mentioned as Officer-in-Charge Imphal West. [7]

Mr. W. Niranjit, learned Dy. G.A. assisting Mr. Y. Ashang, learned PP accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 1 and newly impleaded respondent No. 3. [9]
Petitioner is directed to take step with respect to respondent No. 2 by speed post and dasti in addition and file affidavit of proof of service. [10]
