Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 286 of 2013 (Rahul Vs. Ravindra), under Section 128 Cr.P.C., P.S.- Line Bazar, District- Jaunpur, pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Court No.1, Jaunpur. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prayer as made above is not being pressed and that applicant may be permitted to move an application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. for alternation of amount of maintenance and a direction may be made to decide his application in accordance with law. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant moves an application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. before the Family Court concerned within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
