The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chanho P.S. Case No. 158 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5), 103(1) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of Mr. Jenish Minz, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. On 07.12.2024, at about 07:30 p.m., due to land dispute between the parties, the accused persons assaulted the brother of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injury. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has come in the confession of co-accused and this fact has also been mentioned in the impugned order. 5. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned A.P.P assisted by Ms. Niteshwari Kumari has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Mr. Jenish Minz, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Chanho P.S.
