Saikia, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant, assisted by Ms. M. M. Das, Advocate. Also heard Mr. H.K. Sarma, learned counsel for the sole respondent. This application has been filed under Order XXII Rule 4 of CPC praying substitution of the names of (i) Smti. Sabita Lahkar; (ii) Smti Dhanjita Lahkar; and (iii) Smti Rijumoni Lahkar in place of Late Nagendra Nath Lahkar, who filed the Review Petition No. 108/2022 in RFA No. 123/2017. Mr. Sarma, learned counsel for the sole respondent has fairly submitted that he has no objection if the names of the applicants are substituted, as prayed for. Accordingly, Registry is directed to substitute the names of (i) Smti. Sabita Lahkar; (ii) Smti Dhanjita Lahkar; and (iii) Smti Rijumoni Lahkar in place of Late Nagendra Nath Lahkar in the Review Petition No. 108/2022 arising out of RFA No. 123/2017. The interlocutory application is disposed of.
