This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS restringing the respondents/Authorities for constructing any chak Marg/Rasta from the land of Plot No. 527 situated in Village Badkhera, Pargana & Tehsil Kulpahar, District Mahoba. (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondent No.2 (Collector/ District Magistrate, Mahoba) to consider the grievances of the petitioner and accordingly pass an appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2025 (Annexure No.3 to the writ petition) within some stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that chak marg/rasta is being constructed from the bhumidhari land of petitioner. Ventilating his grievance, petitioner has moved an application on 02.06.2025 before respondent no. 2, which is pending consideration. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the application of petitioner dated 02.06.2025, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
