In the instant petition, petitioner is seeking direction upon respondents not to harass or evict the petitioner and his family from the property situated in Sathoo Barbarsha, which actually belongs to Deenanath Jogi (migrant) except in accordance with law governing the field. 02. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in possession of double storeyed house and land underneath and around the same house belonging to a migrant Deenanath Jogi since 2007 situated in the vicinity of Sathoo Barersha, Srinagar as tenant. It is further submitted that petitioner is apprehending his eviction without adopting due procedure of law. 03. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would feel satisfied if the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Mohammad Yaseen Dar I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document respondents not to dispossess the petitioner without adopting due procedure of law. His statement is taken on record. 04. Learned counsel for the respondents is not averse to the proposition made by learned counsel for the petitioner. His statement is also taken on record. 05. In view of above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents not to dispossess/evict the petitioner without adopting due procedure of law. 06.
