The applicant has filed this application seeking to raise the order of attachment, since the claim of the applicant has been settled by the respondent subsequent to the order of attachment dated 16.04.2018 passed in A.No.125 of 2018. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by raising the order of attachment dated 16.04.2018 passed in A.No.125 of 2018.
