With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 2. Petitioner is serving as T/Mate at Electrical Division Killar, Sub Division Killar, District Chamba. His case is that on completion of his requisite tenure at the aforesaid hard/tribal area, he preferred a representation dated 26.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) seeking transfer to District Kangra and expressing his willingness for foregoing his seniority in District Chamba, in the event of him being transferred to District Kangra. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.1/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of three weeks from today.
