The petitioners are before this Court seeking the following prayer: a. “Issue a Writ Order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the Respondents No.2 to 4 to consider the representation made by the Petitioners at Annexure-F and H for considering their case in the light of the documents produced with the representation vide Annexure-F and H for appointing them as Pourkarmikas in the Respondent No. 4 institution. b. Grant any other relief to which the petitioners are entitled under the circumstances of the case.” 2. Heard Sri.R.K.Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.T.Hanumareddy, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri. Hanumanthreddy Sahukar, learned counsel for respondent No.4. 3. The genesis of the claim of these petitioners arises from the Special Rules for appointment of Pourakarmikas in local bodies, notified by the State on 04.12.2017. It transpires that the petitioners have submitted a plethora of representations seeking their regularisation/appointment as Pourakarmikas in terms of the Special Rules framed by the State. As the said - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:17710 WP No. 100272 of 2023 representations have not been considered, the petitioners are before this Court in the present petition. 4. Learned HCGP appearing for the State submits that, if reasonable time is granted, the representations of the petitioners will be considered on their merits and appropriate orders will be passed. 5. In the light of the aforesaid submission, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners and pass necessary orders thereon within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not earlier. 6.
