Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition to grant leave to sue the defendants in respect of Item Nos.1 and 2 of the properties. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit that Item No.3 is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and Item Nos.1 & 2 are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. 4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
