The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the first information report dated 30.07.2025, registered as FIR/Case crime no.- 303/2025, Under sections 115(2), 351(3), 352 & 109(1), B.N.S., Police station-Bilhaur, District-West (Commissionerate, Kanpur Nagar). (II). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing and commanding respondent no.-2 not to arrest, harass and torture the petitioner in pursuance of the first information report dated 30.07.2025, registered as FIR/Case crime no.303/2025, Under sections 115(2), 351(3), 352 & 109(1), B.N.S., Police station-Bilhaur, District West (Commissionerate, Kanpur Nagar)." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
