Liberty is given to the present petitioner to challenge the impugned
order (Annexure P-6) through raising an appeal thereagainst before the Joint Commissioner concerned. The appeal be forthwith instituted. In case the apposite appeal is time barred, thereupon on an application cast under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, thus becoming appended therewith, thus prompt lawful orders be passed thereon, whereafter the statutory appeal be registered and be decided within a period of two months thereafter, but after hearing all the affected persons concerned.

Till the filing of the said appeal, the operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed. Subsequently further relief in respect of extending the said order thus, staying the operation of the impugned order, be considered to be lawfully passed by the Appellate Authority concerned.

Disposed of accordingly.
