Heard Mr.A.K.Sriram, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.V.P.R.Elamparithi, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1, 2 & 4 and Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 5. 3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 4 th respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 30.08.2019, after affording opportunity to the 6 th respondent and a decision shall be taken within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
