This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i-issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus direct the respondent no.2 i.e. Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Sadar, District Gorakhpur to comply its order dated 11.06.2024 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Sadar, District Gorakhpur in Case No.20733 of 2024, Computer Case No.T202405310320733, (Mobin Vs. State of U.P. and others), under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as well as order dated 23.04.2025 passed Joint Magistrate/Sub Divisional Officer, (Sadar), Gorakhpur within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that order under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was passed on 11.06.2024 but till date the said order has not been complied with. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents. In case, petitioner moves an application before respondent no. 2 within 15 days from today, the respondent no. 2 shall consider the same and comply the order dated 11.06.2024, within a period of next one month, if there are no legal impediments. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
