Learned counsel for respondents, at the outset, ensures that petitioner's due payment towards Arrears of Pension (due from the month of February-2025 to July-2025) and arrears of D.A. will be paid within a short period since U.P. Jal Nigam (Urban),Bareilly is facing financial constraints. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners has not disputed about financial constraints, however, he prays that respondents be directed to expedite the settlement of aforesaid claim of petitioner. 4. Taking note of above referred assurance of learned counsel for respondents, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that respondents will pay aforesaid dues to the petitioner as soon as possible.
