(2) Learned State counsel has no objection if the petitioners’ above prayer is accepted. (3) Accordingly, at this stage, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take a decision on the aforesaid legal notice submitted on behalf of the petitioners, by passing speaking order(s) and affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
