The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the delay of 201 days in representing the present appeal was occasioned solely on account of the demise of the father of the registered Advocate's clerk. It is further submitted that the registered Advocate's clerk had to make the necessary arrangements for the livelihood of his family following his father's demise. Hence, the delay occurred. 3. Considering the fact that to give one more opportunity to the petitioners, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 201 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees Thousand and Five 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CMP(MD).
