The present petition has been filed praying for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent Nos. 2 to 3 to complete the fair investigation in pursuance to the First Information Report dated 02.06.2025 registering Case Crime No. 0342 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 125, 110 of B.N.S., Police Station-Sarai Khwaja,District-Jaunpur which the stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and also arrest the accused persons/respondent Nos. 5 to 10." It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that a charge-sheet has already been filed in the aforesaid case. The petitioner has the remedy to challenge the charge-sheet itself before the concerned Magistrate and it is not a case for taking cognizance under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
