After some arguments, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn with liberty to approach the authority concerned. 3. This prayer has not been opposed by learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
