Prayer in the present petition is for directing the respondent authorities to conduct a fair and impartial investigation by some police officer or any other investigating agency other than Police officers of Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar in respect of FIR No.129 dated 31.05.2024 under Sections 420, 406, 506 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar. Further prayer has been made to protect the life, liberty and property of the petitioner. 2. Learned State counsel, at the outset on instructions, has submitted that investigation is complete in the present case and the learned trial Court has also framed the charges. 3. In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. However, petitioner would be at liberty to avail alternative remedies as available to him under the law.
